KEM Services LLC is now providing a new property measurement service. 

Unfortunately, as many real estate professionals know county records are often incorrect and not up to date.  This problem then leads to incorrect information being posted on sales directories such as the MLS. 

Ask yourself, how many times have you listed a property who's living area is recorded for one number but then the appraisal refers to it being different. 

Incorrect information such as this can cause last minute hold ups in contract negotiations, closings and receiving lender approvals.  This is definately one obstacle you do not need, especially when dealing in today's market cycle.

Let KEM Services LLC go out to the property, properly measure the property, verify the dimensions and provide you with a full measurement report on the property.  Our report will provide you with exterior pictures, a complete exterior based sketch of the property, and current property zoning information.
